3 major mood boosters that can be done in 3 minutes 

 

  1. Cold showers- just 3 minutes of a cold rinse can make you feel GREAT for hours after (that is, after you get out and dry off).

  2. Shake your body for 3 min- Here's a good track for this.

  3. Breath meditation- Here's one for BALANCED ENERGY.

 

You can pick one of these OR you can take 9 minutes and do ALL 3 and I bet you will feel amazing after. Please let me know if you try this!
