I know I've mentioned SITALI BREATH for cooling the body when physically hot, but I also wanted to recommend this practice for it's amazing power to calm the temper.

I use this technique to bring me back into neutrality if I'm feeling angry or triggered and it really works.

Here's how...


Inhale through a curled tongue

Exhale through the nose


*If you can't curl your tongue, just inhale through tightly puckered lips.

**1-3 minutes of this practice will cool your jets.
