Cool Off with Sitali Breath


Sitali Breath

Curl your tongue and extend it out just a little, inhale through the rolled tongue and exhale out of the nose. Try it for 3 minutes.

(if you can't curl your tongue, just inhale through tightly puckered lips)

This breath cools the body and the mind, so it helps when you are physically or emotionally heated.
