Gratitude Breath Practice

Gratitude Breath Practice is said to take you out of animosity and into compassion and gratitude. It is super simple and easy to do anywhere; in your office, on line at the store or whenever you need to shift from grouchy to gratitude.


Inhale nose,

exhale mouth,

inhale mouth,

exhale nose

(mentally chanting "Sat Nam" in rhythm with the breath for 3 min)

*Sat Nam means "truth is my identity". It takes us beyond personality and ego and into the space of interconnectedness.
